FUHSA Post UTME Screening Requirements
Below are the requirements and procedures for applying for the FUHSA Post UTME form.
For the 2023/2024 academic year, applications are invited from qualified candidates to be admitted into the degree programs of the Federal University of Health Sciences Azare (FUHSA).
FUHSA Post UTME Cut Off Mark 2023
MBBS Medicine and Surgery – 200 and Above
BDS Dentistry – 200 and Above
B.Sc Nursing Sciences – 160 and Above
BSC Nutrition and Dietetics – 160Â and Above
B.Sc Radiography– 160 and Above
FUHSA Post UTME Requirement Details
Candidates who have at least five (5) O’level (SSCE), Credits in Mathematics and English, Chemistry and Physics, as well as the relevant subject combinations in UTME 2021/2022 or 2022/2023 Sessions, may be eligible to make the necessary Change of Institution via the JAMB Portal.
FUHSA Post UTME Screening Schedule
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare invites all applicants to a screening exercise and post-UTME test exclusively for 2021 UTME candidates. The schedule for the exercise is as follows:
Date: Thursday 13th May, 2023
Time: 8:00am
Venue: Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare.
-  Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS or their admission will not be processed.
- Â Bring two thousand naira (N2,000.00) screening fee to the venue.
-  Evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.
- Â Bring originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise.
- Â Bring one (1) passport photograph.
- Â Writing materials.
-  Bring scratch cards of the O’level examination they are submitting.
